Self esteem affirmations are very important for you as they will help with how you interact with the rest of the world.

When you have a high self esteem you feel good and positive about yourself. You are far more able to cope with the trials and challenges life throws up at times.

Those with a high self esteem are far more likely to succeed in any endeavour they choose and will not let a setback hold them back.

Those who suffer from low self esteem will often lack confidence, be over critical of themselves and feel judged by those around them. A failure to those with low self esteem will be seen as a huge blow and their self confidence will sink even lower.

Choose a self esteem affirmation that suits your situation best and say it as often as you can during the course of your day.

Say it to yourself first thing in the morning as you look into the bathroom mirror. This will start your day off to a good start. Then repeat it as often as you can during the day.

Use it in conjunction with your Creative Visualizations to add even more strength to them!

Write it on a piece of paper or card and place it where you can see it often. But above all, repeat it and repeat it, throughout the day.
